Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of digiseo.com and communications you request from DigiSEO LLC (“DigiSEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. A consultation request is an invitation to discuss potential services and does not itself create a client relationship or obligate either party to purchase or provide services.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website, submit a consultation request, purchase DigiSEO services, or participate in the DigiSEO LLC SMS Messaging Program. By using the website, submitting a form, or opting in to text messages, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. DigiSEO LLC does not knowingly provide services to or collect SMS consent from individuals under 18.
Website and service information
Website content is provided for general information. Specific deliverables, pricing, payment terms, schedules, responsibilities, and service commitments apply only when stated in a separate written agreement. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors, and no particular ranking, lead volume, revenue, or business result is guaranteed.
SMS Messaging Terms
The program name is the DigiSEO LLC SMS Messaging Program. Messages are sent from 720-730-6499.
The program may include the following separately authorized message types:
- Marketing messages about DigiSEO services, offers, and service updates when you separately authorize marketing SMS.
- Non-marketing messages about consultation requests, strategy-call scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and conversational follow-up when you separately authorize non-marketing SMS.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation and no further SMS messages unless you opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and applies only to the program selected. Submitting the consultation form is not SMS consent.

Acceptable use
