Privacy Policy

Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how DigiSEO LLC (“DigiSEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information submitted through digiseo.com or provided during a consultation and related business communications. This policy is available publicly without an account or login.
Information we collect
We may collect contact and business information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, required phone number, company name, website, service interests, budget and timing information, and details about your consultation request. We may also collect source-page, referral, campaign-attribution, and technical information used to operate, secure, and improve the website.
How we use information
We use information to review and respond to consultation requests, communicate by phone and email about those requests, provide and improve our services, schedule and manage appointments, maintain business records, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. Submitting the consultation form does not by itself authorize SMS messages.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
What these technologies are
Cookies and similar technologies are files or mechanisms, including browser local or session storage, pixels, scripts, and device identifiers, that a website or its service providers may use to operate and secure a site, understand how it is reached, and improve its performance. The current DigiSEO website uses session storage and scripts as described below. It does not currently load a third-party general-purpose site analytics or performance-monitoring service, advertising pixel, conversion-tracking tag, remarketing tag, or cross-site advertising technology, and it does not currently provide a cookie-preference or consent-management tool.
Strictly necessary, form, and security technologies
DigiSEO uses website and server technologies needed to deliver and secure the site, process consultation-form submissions, preserve form functionality, limit abusive submissions, and diagnose errors. The consultation form loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a security script used to prevent spam and abuse, after a visitor interacts with the form. The form sends its Turnstile response to DigiSEO’s same-origin form endpoint for verification. Cloudflare may receive limited technical information needed to provide that security service, such as an IP address and browser or device characteristics. Blocking this script may prevent the form from being submitted. Cloudflare may also produce security challenge metrics, such as challenge outcomes, hostname, browser or device type, operating system, and source IP information, for the purpose of detecting and preventing abuse.
Attribution and session storage
When a visitor reaches the website, the consultation-form script uses browser session storage to retain first-touch attribution during that browser session. This may include the landing page, referring page, and UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content parameters contained in the page URL. These values help DigiSEO understand which page or campaign led to a submitted consultation request. This storage is session-based and is not used by DigiSEO for cross-site tracking.
Analytics, performance, and advertising
Apart from Cloudflare’s security challenge metrics described above, DigiSEO does not currently load a third-party general-purpose site analytics or performance-monitoring service. The website host and server may create basic logs and diagnostic records necessary to deliver and secure the website. After a confirmed form submission, the form code creates a non-personal browser-side success event; because the current site does not load a tag manager or analytics provider, that event is not currently sent by the website to an analytics or advertising service. DigiSEO also does not currently use advertising pixels, conversion tracking, remarketing tags, or cross-site advertising technology on this website. We will update this policy before deploying materially different analytics or advertising tracking.
Information these technologies may process
Depending on the request or service involved, website, server, attribution, and security technologies may process an IP address; browser and device type; operating system; referring page; pages requested; approximate timestamps; submitted form and website interactions; UTM or campaign parameters; and security or diagnostic information. DigiSEO does not use the current website code to collect precise geolocation information.
Your controls and browser signals
You can manage or block cookies and browser storage through your browser settings and can clear stored website data. Restricting scripts or storage may affect essential security or form functionality. Because the website has no cookie preference tool, there is no separate on-site preference panel. The current website does not detect or automatically respond to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. It does not currently use tracking technology for the sale or sharing of personal information or for cross-site targeted advertising.
Third-party services and updates
Cloudflare processes limited information under its own privacy policy when Turnstile is loaded. Consultation-form information is sent through DigiSEO’s server-side endpoint to HighLevel, DigiSEO’s form and customer-relationship management service provider. If you choose the separate Strategy Call link after a successful submission, HighLevel’s scheduling service opens in a new page. These providers may process only the information needed to provide their respective services under their own privacy policies.
These service-provider and tracking disclosures exclude SMS opt-in data and consent except where processing is necessary to provide the text-messaging service. They do not authorize any provider to use SMS opt-in data or consent for its own marketing or promotional purposes.
DigiSEO may update this section when the technologies used on the website change. Any material update will be reflected on this page and in the “Last updated” date.
SMS messaging and consent
DigiSEO LLC may send marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, DigiSEO services, and service updates only when you select the separate marketing SMS checkbox.
DigiSEO LLC may send non-marketing text messages about responses to your consultation request, strategy-call scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling information, and conversational follow-up about your request only when you select the separate non-marketing SMS checkbox.
Both SMS choices are optional and independent. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages, or reply HELP for assistance.
SMS consent is not sold or transferred. An unchecked box does not revoke consent previously given; use STOP to make an SMS opt-out request.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Other disclosures
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website, manage customer service, secure our systems, or deliver requested services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction. These disclosures do not permit the sharing of SMS opt-in data or consent except where necessary to provide the text-messaging service, and never permit their use for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, for legitimate business records, and to satisfy legal obligations.
Your choices
You may decline either or both optional SMS programs and still submit a consultation request. You may reply STOP to end SMS messages and HELP for assistance. For privacy or support questions, contact DigiSEO LLC at 720-730-6499 .
Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
